There is no registration fee and we provide the first book needed to get started. Our system will calculate however many lessons are in the upcoming month and charge that amount automatically at the first of each month.

We want you to understand the “WHY” behind these policies. First, learning an instrument is a commitment. We want you to not only have fun during your lesson, but also grow as a musician. This means coming to lessons and being held accountable each week. Second, we LOVE our teachers! When you schedule a lesson, your teacher carved out that time for you, regardless of whether you attend or not. While we do understand that life happens, we want to make sure to respect our teachers as well as make sure they feel stable month to month.

If you are enrolled in PRIVATE LESSONS, a Make-Up Lesson Credit will be issued when a lesson is cancelled with at least 24-hours advanced notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will not qualify for a Make-Up Lesson Credit (this includes being sick the day of a scheduled lesson).

• No more than (3) three Make-Up Lesson Credits can be pending at a time per membership. Make-Up Lesson Credits do not expire.

• If there are already (3) three Make-Up Lesson Credits pending at the time of a cancellation, the cost of the lesson is forfeited.

• You can use Make-Up Lesson Credits by scheduling a Make-Up Lesson at any time available with your teacher or another available teacher.

• Make-Up Lessons that have already been rescheduled cannot be canceled and rescheduled again.

INSTRUCTOR CANCELLATION / BAD WEATHER DAY:

In the event that an instructor cancels a lesson/s, and a substitute cannot accommodate the scheduled lesson time/s, we will issue a refund or credit towards future tuition for the missed lesson/s. In the event of inclement weather, the student will have a choice to make-up the lesson or apply the credit to next month’s lessons.

For the first time logging in, you will need to complete the following steps:

1. Enter your email address on file and click "Get Login Link by Email," which will send a login link to their email that is valid for 30 minutes.

2. Once logged in via the login link sent to your email, you can set a login password by clicking Change Password and will use that password going forward.

3. You will then need to add a payment profile. You will see a charge once a schedule is created. Going forward lesson charges are automatically processed on the 1st of each month.

4. Be sure to agree to the policies and procedures. Please review the cancellation policy in its entirety.

5. Lastly, add a profile picture. This can also be a picture of your pet, favorite musician, etc.

Then you're all done! If a schedule has already been created then you'll see it already in the portal and there will be an open invoice waiting for your payment information to be added.
